INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WINSYSTEMS' standard terms and conditions apply.
All international orders must be paid in advance of shipment.
- 1. Credit Card (Mastercard, VISA, or American Express). If you are paying by credit card, please provide your card information (including the 3 or 4-digit security code) when you place your order.
- 2. Wire Transfer issued in advance of shipment. Our banking details will be provided on a pro forma invoice after we receive your order.
- 1. FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If using one of these carriers, you must supply your account number for the carrier when you place your order.
- 2. If you do not have an account with one of the above listed carriers, the order can be shipped via a freight forwarder. Once you have been advised that the order is ready to ship, please have your freight forwarder contact us to make arrangements for pickup from our dock.
Collect. Consignee is responsible for clearance. All shipments will be insured at customer's expense, unless otherwise specified at the time the order is placed. WINSYSTEMS does not prepay freight for international shipments.
Orders less than $200.00 US will not be accepted. A documentation preparation fee of $50.00 US may be added to orders less than $1000.00 US.
